Please be aware that you will need to prepare a 1-4 minute edit of your videos / audios or 250-500 words of text, and provide us materials in a format that we can work with. You can submit videos over 4 minutes as well, and we may be able to add them to 5E Knowledge if we have the staff capacity to do so. Additionally, while we do back up materials, please make copies for yourself – we are not responsible for any lost materials. Submitting does not guarantee that materials will be included in the Archive, and it may take some time for us to process them. If you do not hear back from us in a week, please reach out.
